Know Before You Go

Please bring: your voucher, light and comfortable clothing, closed toed shoes, swimsuit and towel, sunscreen, change of clothes, and extra money for souvenirs, pictures, and lockers

Pick up time will be confirmed via email confirmation. Please be ready at the hotel lobby 10 – 15 minutes prior the confirmed time.
A valid license must be shown during the check-in process. Participants up to 18 years old are eligible to drive the ATVs.
Due to security policies, some activities have restrictions by weight, height, and age of the participants. The minimum height to be part of the activity is 1.30 mts / 4.27 ft. / 51.2 inch.
For safety reasons, you are not allowed to take any personal belongings, such as cameras, cellphones, or bags. Lockers are available to rent.
