Tours run rain or shine and cancellations within 24 hours of the tour will not be refunded. Please come prepared by checking the forecast and brining rain gear if necessary. You can purchase ponchos from your tour guide. The provider will only cancel tours if they deem the weather hazardous.
All customers with a reservation must check in 15min prior to the tour start
All participants must have a minimum of 1.3meters (4.3 feet) and a maximum of 118Kg (260.14 pounds).
