Know Before You Go

Please note: The 1.5-hour hike on this tour is rated as EASY. You will hike 1.8 miles and gain 624 feet in elevation.
What to take and wear: water (2 liters/person), snacks (fruit, sandwich, cereal bar, etc.), sun lotion, insect repellent, bathing suit, towel (for the beach), athletic clothes and shoes (no sandals!), and hat.
Requires some fitness. Hiking at Prainha Nature Park (about 1,5h) on a rising trail going up and down hill on rough terrain, inside the tropical rainforest.
Age: recommended above 8 years old.
