Start with a history tour and tasting at a hacienda before heading to Punta Sur Biosphere Reserve to admire the Island's flora and fauna, learn some Mayan history, and hike up a small watchtower to look over a vast lagoon with freshwater crocodiles.

Then, drive further into the eco park to the Punta Sur lighthouse. Climb to the top to view the different shades of the Caribbean Sea and visit a small museum on site where you can learn about the many different species of birds and animals on the island. 

Finally, drive down a waterfront road until you get to Tortugas Beach Club for snorkeling and lunch (vegetarian options are available - tell your guide at the start of your tour).
