Your day begins with a helicopter flight along the Sawtooth mountain range over Goat Lake, before landing at Glacier Station. After a brief orientation and gear grab, you'll be off on a round-trip hike along the raging Skagway River to the magnificent Laughton Glacier. Glacier access is dependent on group speed and environmental conditions.
This remote subalpine valley offers wonderful views and an endless array of flora and fauna. If photography is your passion, this is the perfect opportunity to indulge! Be on the lookout for wildlife, bear, moose, mountain goats, and many other species that call this valley home.
