We begin the morning discovering the old town of Aix-en-Provence following in the path of Paul Cézanne. Leaving Aix' we head south through the national park and Mont St Victoire, a symbol of Provence. After lunch we begin our wine discovery, firstly a visit to Domaine de St Ser, a small unique bio-diversity wine producer. The vineyard is at the highest point sitting against the steep backdrop of the Mountain with its intense sunshine and dry arid mediterranean climate. Time for lunch in a local village restaurant then a short drive to our second vineyard of the afternoon - Domaine Terre de Mistral, a family run winery that produces a varied selection of award winning reds, whites & rose wines as well as olive oil
