Know Before You Go

Hotel pickup and drop-off from Puntarenas cruise ships dock, San José and Alajuela city only. You will be picked up at the lobby of your hotel to start this great expedition. The exact pick up time will be confirmed on your itinerary once the reservation is confirmed.
Transportation is available from other locations for an additional cost.
Rain does not necessarily mean the tour will be cancelled. It is up to the tour operator to determine if the tour should be canceled due to bad weather.

It is important to provide Faro Travel with your pick-up location at least 24 hours before your tour start to ensure that it is within the pickup zone.
