Know Before You Go

Hotel pickup and drop-off from San José and Alajuela only. You will be picked up at the lobby of your hotel and driven to the meeting point where the walk starts for this great expedition and after the guided walk, you will be driven back to your hotel. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed on your itinerary once the reservation is confirmed.
Additional charge if the pick-up is at a Hotel outside San José and Alajuela central area.
What to bring: cap or hat, camera, closed-toed shoes, comfortable clothing, insect repellent, and sunscreen.
Rain does not necessarily mean the tour will be canceled. It is up to the tour operator to determine if the tour should be canceled due to bad weather. Be prepared and bring a raincoat with you
If transportation is needed, please email Faro Travel Costa Rica (info@farotravel.com), or call or WhatsApp (+506-2645-6564) immediately after booking so they can give you an approximate pickup time. It is important to provide Faro Travel with your pick-up location at least 24 hours before your tour start to ensure that it is within the pickup zone. If this information is not provided at least 24 hours before the tour starts, you may miss the tour without receiving a refund
