You may know Asbury Park from the beaches and Bruce, but the downtown Cookman Avenue area has quickly become a unique food scene unlike any other found along the Shore. On this main avenue less than a half-mile from the beachfront, you'll find an assortment of incredible restaurants and eateries. During your walking and eating experience, you'll be able to visit and sample six of these amazing establishments!
Whether it's the irresistible Italian nachos at Crust & Crumble, the latest donut creation from Purple Glaze Donuts (ranked NJ's #1 donut shop!), or a Korean fusion taco from MOGO Tacos, you will definitely leave stuffed at the end of your tour! And that's only three of our six stops and samples!

All of the stops on your tour are within walking distance of each other, allowing for a relaxing afternoon stroll around the city. The walk is approximately one mile with frequent stops along the way to discuss the history and local lure of Asbury Park. The tour moves at an easy pace that can accommodate wheelchairs and guests of all fitness levels.
