It's far from shore, has strong currents, and gets deep fast - but it's the best experience available! Located in the area of the Socorro archipelago, La Corbeteña is a small rock an hour's boat ride away from the marina. It boasts the best water visibility in the region and the greatest chance of diving with pelagics - mantas, dolphins, shoals of tuna, and sometimes sharks. ​
Experienced divers who can cope with the current will enjoy dipping in and out of arches and caves whilst keeping one eye in the blue for a Pacific Giant Manta. You normally dive at 30m; this is a site only for advanced divers - but if you're looking for the ultimate pacific experience, this is the dive to do.
