Meet the friendly staff right next to the "Templete del triunfo de nuestra señora del patrocinio" monument, right in front of the "Plaza del Triunfo". Our staff is easy to recognize, wearing a purple "Crown Tours" t-shirt.
This tour is not suitable for people with mobility impairments, and wheelchair users.
What to bring: sunglasses, hat, and sunscreen
Not allowed: sandals or flip flops, pets, luggage or large bags, short skirts, sleeveless shirts, flash photography, and alcohol and drugs
Please remember to bring the same document that was used for your booking or a photo of it for entry to the Alcazar. The security staff may request it, and not being able to provide it could result in denied entrance.
The Giralda Tower climb is gradual but may be challenging for some visitors.
The Real Alcázar is a functioning royal palace; decorum is expected.
Photography is allowed, but flash photography is prohibited inside the Cathedral.
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the monuments.
Comfortable walking shoes are recommended due to the amount of walking involved.
As the cathedral is a holy place, it is necessary to be silent and dress appropriately inside (Shoulders and knees must be covered).
