Sian Kaan Tour
To begin this tour, you will head to Tulum where they will take the route leading to Sian Ka'an Biosphere, a World Heritage Site named by UNESCO in 1987 with 530,000 hectares and hundreds of endangered species. Participants will arrive at the biosphere visitor center and board boats to start the exploration of the beautiful mangrove route and navigate in an active ecosystem. During the trip, you might meet manatees, crocodiles, turtles, dolphins, and migratory birds, among others species that live or immigrate to the place. Later, the group will arrive at Punta Allen, a small fishing village where they will relax and enjoy a delicious snack and local gastronomy. After the break, you will continue with the adventure exploring the underwater life of the Mexican Caribbean by snorkeling in one of the best-preserved reefs known today where they might find multicolored corals, 200-year-old coral brains, elk antlers, fans, and a great variety of fish. At the end of this fantastic expedition, you will arrive at an incredible sandbar called "La Piscina", where you will be dazzled by the clarity of the water and the low tide at this point.
