You'll meet your dock representative near your cruise ship before boarding a courtesy shuttle for a scenic 25-minute ride to Auke Bay harbor. If your tour time is 9:30 AM, transportation is scheduled to depart at that time, so it's important to arrive at least 15 minutes early. Upon arrival at the harbor, you'll be greeted by your captain or guide, have a chance to use the restroom on land, and then walk down the dock to begin your whale watching adventure. The return to the harbor begins around 12:35 PM, with disembarkation by approximately 12:55 PM to meet return transport at 1:00 PM.
