For your safety, all participants must: have read, signed and followed the online Snorkeling Silfra Medical Statements (link provided in confirmation email)
Snorkeling Medical form signed off by a doctor if you are age 60 or older
Sign the liability release form at the start of the snorkeling tour
Be min. 150cm (49) - max. 200cm (65); weigh min. 45kg (99 lbs) - max. 120kg (265 lbs)
Be ready to wear a sometimes tight and constricting dry suit
Be at least 12 years of age
Be comfortable in water and be able to swim and physically fit
Please bring: long underwear, thick socks, suitable clothes for the weather, contacts if you wear glasses
