Due to security reasons children under 7 years of age aren't allowed to climb to the Terraces. Minors under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult to climb the Terraces
Unfortunately, this tour is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Strollers, wheelchairs, and luggage are not permitted on this tour
Only small handbags are allowed inside the Accademia Museum. There is no bag check or storage available
Due to the religious nature of the Cathedral, all individuals regardless of gender must cover their shoulders and knees. You can bring extra covering (scarves, etc) to put on just before entering the Cathedral. Walks cannot be held responsible for those denied entry. Flip-flops and heels are prohibited inside the Cathedral
All guests, including children, are required to bring a photo ID on the day of their tour
