This is a walking tour; guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace
This tour is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments, wheelchairs, or strollers
Children under seven years old are not permitted on this tour
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
A government-issued ID is required for all guests, including children
All guests must pass through security before entering the sites
Only small handbags are allowed inside the Accademia Gallery; there is no bag storage available
Suitcases, backpacks, and medium or large bags must be left at the luggage storage facility at Piazza Duomo 38/r before entering the Cathedral
Shoulders and knees must be covered to enter the Cathedral; guests may bring scarves or coverings if needed
Flip-flops, slippers, clogs, and high-heeled shoes are not permitted inside the Cathedral
