Cruise along Saint Lucia’s west coast toward Soufrière, where guests are treated to views of the iconic Pitons rising dramatically from the sea. After docking, the journey continues with a drive through the town of Soufrière en route to Morne Coubaril Estate, an authentic 18th-century working plantation that showcases the island’s rich heritage.

At the estate, guests step back in time with a guided tour and tasting experience featuring locally produced rum and chocolate. The visit highlights traditional sugar cane processing, transforming cane juice into fine rum, as well as the full journey of cocoa beans into handcrafted chocolate. A fresh local buffet lunch is served on-site, offering a taste of Creole flavors. Younger guests can enjoy cocoa tea and chocolate sampling. The experience concludes with a relaxing stop at one of Saint Lucia’s protected bays, where swimming or snorkeling in clear waters provides the perfect end to the day.
