After docking, the journey continues with a drive through the town of Soufrière en route to Morne Coubaril Estate, an authentic 18th-century working plantation that showcases the island’s rich heritage.
At the estate, guests step back in time with a guided tour and tasting experience featuring locally produced rum and chocolate. The visit highlights traditional sugar cane processing, transforming cane juice into fine rum, as well as the full journey of cocoa beans into handcrafted chocolate.
