Rain does not necessarily mean the tour will be canceled. It is up to the tour operator to determine if the tour should be canceled due to bad weather. Be prepared and bring a raincoat with you
If transportation is needed, please email Faro Travel Costa Rica (info@farotravel.com), or call or WhatsApp (+506-2645-6564) immediately after booking so they can give you an approximate pickup time. It is important to provide Faro Travel with your pick-up location at least 24 hours before your tour start to ensure that it is within the pickup zone. If this information is not provided at least 24 hours before the tour starts, you may miss the tour without receiving a refund
