About Sunset Kayak Tour of Somers Bay :

Get ready for a lively and fun paddle around Somers Bay and its beautiful chain of Juniper Islands. As you glide through the calm, sheltered waters, you'll explore the historic pier system from the 1900s Somers Lumber Company—an ideal setting for both beginner and young paddlers. Along the way, keep an eye out for bald eagles, ospreys, and other native birds that call this area home.
You'll paddle around the largest of the Juniper Islands, which we like to call "Gilligan's Island." And if the weather's warm, we might stop for a quick swim in the sand flats or jump off the island for a little extra fun. It's a relaxing, family-friendly adventure that blends nature, history, and just the right amount of splash!
