SUP lessons and tours begin at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, with a scenic paddle towards Atlantis and back along the calm waters of Palm Jumeirah. Each experience starts with a 15-minute beach lesson covering basic paddling techniques, safety guidelines, and how to turn and control the board with confidence.

All equipment is provided, including a SUP board, paddle, and life jacket. You'll paddle on a stable and high-performance Starboard stand-up paddleboard, ensuring a smooth, enjoyable, and comfortable experience on the water.
