After undressing and draping, a skilled therapist will apply high-quality massage oil or lotion to your skin. The therapist will start with gentle, flowing strokes known as effleurage to warm up your muscles. They will then use kneading and friction techniques to release tension and knots, targeting specific areas of concern.

Tapotement techniques may be incorporated to invigorate your muscles. Stretching and joint mobilization may also be included to improve flexibility and range of motion. Throughout the massage, the therapist will adjust the pressure to your comfort level.
