As you pass the striking blue canals of the Mackenzie High Country you'll descend upon Lake Pukaki and get your first glimpses of Mt Cook towering the landscape at the far end of the lake. Stop at a viewpoint to get photos of Mt Cook with the lake and winding roads in the foreground. 

Once at the national park you can choose to be dropped at your accommodation or your guide can drop you off and pick you up from one of the many world-class activites for an additional fee.
