Scuba Diving Marietas Islands

The most popular dive site, this beautiful marine-protected area and UNESCO underwater reserve boasts healthy coral, a variety of fish, and a chance to see mobula and manta rays. The Marietas Islands are a small group of volcanic islands in the Banderas Bay.
You'll arrive at 8:30 am at the office in Sayulita. You'll get fitted with all the equipment you need, and then you'll be driven 30 minutes to La Cruz Marina where the boat is moored. It's a 30-minute boat ride on a comfortable 30-foot boat with 150hp engines and sofa seating. This is the perfect opportunity to see whales (December to March) and sometimes dolphins.
There will be two dives in groups of no bigger than six divers per guide with a comfortable surface interval between dives. You'll be provided a light lunch and refreshments while you chat about what you saw! The group will get you back to Sayulita at around 15:00.
