The Numbers Rafting and Via Ferrata
Head to the cliffside above the Arkansas River Valley to start off your morning. AVA’s Granite Via Ferrata is packed with suspended log bridges, crags, rock faces, and ziplines to get your heart racing. Take a lunch break and enjoy some chicken fajitas before you set off for your rafting adventure on the Arkansas River. The Numbers stretch of whitewater will challenge you and your team, and your experienced guide will properly navigate your paddles through the intermediate and advanced rapids. Duration: Full day
Note: The total time on the water is approx. 1.5 hours (this varies greatly depending on water levels). The minimum age is 15 years old. This trip will require physical exertion throughout and participants must be moderately active.
For the rafting portion of this trip, be sure to bring shoes that will stay securely on your feet (no flip-flops, slippahs, or crocs!), fleece and/or quick-dry clothing, and waterproof sunscreen & sunglasses.
