A tour guide will walk you through this 6000 sq. ft. distillery. You will learn a little history of rum making in the Caribbean. After that, you will see the blending process and how the handcrafted rums are expertly bottled.

You will then visit the lab and learn how the products meet the highest quality standards and how different flavored rums are created. You'll also have the opportunity to try a new flavor that is in development.

Following the tour, you will be invited to the tasting bar where you are welcome to taste all of Topper's artisanal products.
