Enjoy a guided visit to Windsor Castle, one of the oldest and largest inhabited working royal castles in the world and a favored residence of the late Queen Elizabeth II. Explore the castle grounds and gardens before entering St George’s Chapel, a striking medieval Gothic church that has hosted royal weddings, funerals, and ceremonies for centuries. Inside, see the royal crypt where Queen Elizabeth II rests alongside other monarchs. Continue to the State Apartments, including St George’s Hall, where royal banquets and official ceremonies still take place. An audio guide is provided inside areas where guides are not permitted.
After a lunch break in Windsor, cross the historic bridge into the town of Eton.
