Once a royal palace and notorious prison, the Tower is best known as the home of the Crown Jewels and the execution site of three Queens of England.
You will be led by a guide inside to meet one of the Tower's Yeoman Warders, more commonly known as Beefeaters. This Beefeater will explain the story and traditions of this elite guard and will be available to take pictures and answer questions.
After the tour, explore the Tower at your own pace. Visit Tower Green, where Henry VIII executed two of his wives, and the White Tower, where the "Princes in the Tower' were allegedly murdered by Richard III.
