Your adventure begins at the Whale Shark pier, where you’ll set off to sea, heading to the best fishing spots in the area. Your captain and guide will teach you the ancient techniques of bottom fishing (twine line, no rods), showing you how to catch small and medium-sized fish like sea bass, grouper, snapper, blonde, chac chi, mojarra, and more. You can enjoy your catch as delicious ceviche prepared right on the boat, or take it with you at the end of the tour to be cooked to your liking.

As you sail, you’ll also have the chance for close encounters with Holbox’s incredible marine life, with dolphins making surprise appearances at any time. On the way back, relax and enjoy the sea breeze along with the beautiful coastal landscapes. And remember, a bad day of fishing is better than a good day at work!
