Experience Yellowstone like never before on this private Two-Day Winter Wildlife Safari, exploring the Northern Range and surrounding winter landscapes with a focus on prime wildlife viewing. With two mornings and two evenings dedicated to spotting animals, guests search broad valleys and river corridors for bison, elk, pronghorn, foxes, coyotes, and, when conditions align, wolves and bears. The tour adapts to weather, road conditions, and animal activity, ensuring a calm, flexible, and immersive experience.

The safari includes a private guide and vehicle for both days, binoculars and spotting scopes, curated snacks and water, and standard comfort stops, while guides provide expert insight into Yellowstone’s natural history and maintain safe distances from wildlife. Park entrance fees, meals, gratuities, lodging, and any optional third-party activities are not included, allowing guests to focus fully on the park’s winter wonders and unforgettable wildlife encounters.

Know Before You Go
  • Please allow a 15-minute grace window for guide arrival, as inclement weather, seasonal wildlife migration, and road construction may impact travel times.
  • Yellowstone winters can be cold and snowy, but dressing in layers makes all the difference. Please wear a windproof, hooded outer shell; insulated base layers (avoid cotton); wool or synthetic long underwear; thick socks and sturdy winter boots; and warm hat, gloves/mittens, and a neck gaiter or scarf.
  • Optional: disposable hand warmers for extra comfort
