Know Before You Go

This experience is not wheelchair or stroller accessible.
Not recommended for individuals with back problems, pregnant travelers, or those with heart conditions.
Travelers coming by cruise ship must provide the full name of the ship and docking time.
Hotel guests: Be ready at the lobby or the meeting point location between 10 to 15 minutes before the pick-up time. The pick-up time will be provided upon confirmation of the location. Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
Minimum waist: 18", maximum hip/waist: 50", and maximum weight: 350 lbs
Walking/hiking shoes are mandatory (no high heels, sandals or flip flops)
Roundtrip transportation from the cruise port is only offered to cruise guests arriving before 9:00 am. Cruise ship guests arriving later are welcome, but transportation will not be provided (meeting point: Castries Waterworks Forest Reserve)
