You will learn from Valle della Pace how to pair several types of wines, both whites, and reds, dries, and sweets, with different types of cheeses, sausages, and chocolates. Discussion will include why the pairing works or does not work, as well as discussing wine and food pairing in general. The goal is to find the correct wine for the food that enhances flavors of both. Class is approximately 1 hour.
