This shared tour is for up to 20 participants.
It is essential to bring your official ID, as failure to do so may result in denial of entry. Ensure that all guest names, including minors, are indicated correctly on your tickets.
Not allowed: shorts, baby strollers, short skirts, and sleeveless shirts. The Vatican Museums imposes a mandatory dress code: knees and shoulders must be covered otherwise you will not be able to enter.
Please arrive to the meeting location at least 15 minutes early. Look for your guide wearing a purple shirt and Crown Tours logo.
Entry to the Vatican Museums is based on strictly timed tickets. For this reason, late arrivals cannot be guaranteed access
St. Peter's Basilica may close unexpectedly due to religious events, with no prior notice.
For tours departing at 3 PM or later, a guided visit to St. Peter's Basilica may not be possible, but your guide will ensure you have skip-the-line access to this site.
St. Peter's Basilica is closed at the following times: on Wednesdays from 8 AM to 12 PM, and on December 24th and 31st. During these periods, the tour will cover other sections of the Vatican Museums.
While there are storage facilities inside the museum, this visit offers skip-the-line access to the Basilica, so you will not be able to use these facilities. Bringing large backpacks and suitcases is strongly discourage
No flash photography is allowed during the visit, and no photos can be taken inside the Sistine Chapel.
