Hear tales of famous Venetians like Marco Polo and discover how the city flourished over the centuries. Guests then enjoy a traditional gondola ride along the Grand Canal and quieter back canals, with a maximum of five people per vessel for an intimate experience.
The tour continues at St. Mark’s Square with access to St. Mark’s Basilica, including first-floor gold mosaics, followed by skip-the-line entry to the Doge’s Palace to explore council rooms, audience halls, and masterpieces by Veronese and Tintoretto. Note: The 8:15 AM Venice In a Day tour does not include a lunch break. Guests must provide full names at booking and bring valid ID for St. Mark’s Basilica, with group sizes capped at 25 people and up to 5 per gondola.
