The Up and Down Experience starts you at the base of Cave Lakes Canyon where you will first follow the well-marked Via Ferrata tour course up the canyon wall. Once you've summited, wiped your brow, and soaked in the epic views, you will then take an exhilarating rappel off a 180-foot rock face back to your home base.​
