In the rare event that no whales are sighted, the tour provides the flexibility to reschedule at no extra cost or offer a partial refund. If you snorkel with dolphins and turtles but do not spot whales, you can choose to reschedule or receive a 35 percent refund. If no marine life is encountered, including whales and dolphins, you can reschedule or receive a 50 percent refund.

To ensure a more personalized experience, the number of passengers is limited to a maximum of 4 per boat.
