White Water Rafting

Enjoy the best rafting down the Balsa River! Wildlife abounds in this section of the Balsa, so keep an eye out for sloths, iguanas, howler monkeys, and a vast array of tropical birds. However, this trip is not all about relaxation. The rolling, tumbling Class II-III rapids are a fun combination of whitewater thrills and areas where the water is calm enough to jump in and go for a swim. Upon arrival at the river, you will be geared up with a life jacket, helmet, and paddle, then briefed with a full safety orientation talk before taking off down the rapids!
After you finish rafting, you will stop for an authentic Costa Rican organic lunch. Your guide will then take you for a little walk up to the organic farm, and finish with a taste of the pure sugar cane juice. It will be possible to view and purchase the photos taken of your rafting before you are dropped off at your hotel.
