This Wine Pairing Workshop, taught by Rondo del Valle's sommelier and winemaker, consists of a blind tasting in their private tasting room. You will learn to pair three different wines and distinguish aromas. In addition, you will learn more about the winemaking process through a tour of their underground cellar and production area.
