Wine Tasting and Lunch on the Slopes of Vesuvius

Hop on board a minivan and travel in full comfort to reach a winery on the slopes of Vesuvius. You will start this experience with a walk among the vineyards admiring the panorama of the Gulf of Naples, Sorrento, and Capri. You will then visit the winery where you will learn about the production methods before starting the wine tasting combined with the typical specialties of this little corner of paradise on the slopes of Vesuvius.
The tasting menu offers a rich appetizer based on typical products of the area: salami, provolone cheese, casatiello pie, salted ricotta cheese, bread with oil and spices from Vesuvius, prosciutto crudo campano and bruschetta with tomatoes from Piennolo, roasted eggplant on bread baked in a wood oven.
Following this, the main course will be served: typical spaghetti with tomatoes from Piennolo and basil sauce. And finally, this gastronomic experience comes with the traditional Neapolitan dessert "Pastiera" made with ricotta cheese, wheat, and candied fruit. Everything will be accompanied by Lacryma Christi wines.
