Xochimilco, Coyoacán, and Frida Kahlo Tour

Your adventure begins at a silver carving workshop, where a local family shares their passion for this age-old tradition. you'll have the chance to admire and purchase unique handcrafted souvenirs. After, you'll explore Coyoacán, meaning "place of coyotes" in Nahuatl. Your guide will share insights about the neighborhood's history, and stroll the charming streets, with the option to enjoy a light breakfast.
Next, visit the famous Frida Kahlo House Museum, where you'll learn about Frida's life, art, and the deep connection between her home and her legacy (this portion is not guided). After that, visit Ciudad Universitaria, where your guide will take you through the incredible murals of the Rectory and Central Library at the National University.
Finally, you'll head to Xochimilco, one of Frida's favorite spots, where you'll not only learn about its ancient origins but also enjoy a scenic ride on a traditional Trajinera boat.
