Yellowstone Winter Wildlife Safari Experience

Private full-day Yellowstone winter wildlife safari in the Northern Range with a guide, optics, and hotel pickup.

Details

Explore Yellowstone National Park’s Northern Range on a private, full-day Winter Wildlife Safari focused on the park’s most productive cold-season habitat. With pickup from a hotel, Airbnb, or agreed meeting point, the day unfolds at a calm, flexible pace, adapting to weather, road conditions, and real-time wildlife activity. Guests spend extended time scanning broad valleys and river corridors, with opportunities to see bison herds, elk, pronghorn, foxes, coyotes, and, when conditions align, wolves or bears.

A knowledgeable guide enhances the experience using binoculars and a spotting scope, sharing clear natural history while maintaining safe, respectful viewing distances. The safari includes a private guide and vehicle, wildlife optics, curated snacks and water with hot drinks when available, and standard comfort stops. Park entrance fees, meals, gratuity, and optional third-party purchases are not included, keeping the focus on an immersive winter wildlife experience.
