Pick up at the hotel, then drive to a traditional market nearby, where your local chef and your guide will accompany you to buy the groceries needed. After shopping, go to the chef’s kitchen and start your cooking class. Each recipe is demonstrated by your chef instructor. You will prepare about 3 recipes, from aperitif, to main course and dessert. When the dishes are ready, the class sits down to enjoy their meals.
