Surf Lesson
Get your dose of saltwater and sunshine therapy and make memories that will last a lifetime! This three hour experience starts with a yoga warm up catered to the client (slow, fast, power, gentle etc.) and moves into a guided meditation/visualization leaving you relaxed, focused and ready to surf! Before hitting the waves, you will prepare on the Indo Board Balance trainer and go over safety, surfing mechanics, and ocean awareness. The majority of the time will be spent in the ocean riding waves and enjoying all the healing benefits of saltwater! Photos can be taken during the surfing session. All instruction will be individualized to meet your needs, desires and skill levels. After surfing, there will be time to snack, re-hydrate and take photos. Duration: 3 Hours
