TOP 10 CONCERT VENUES IN
With the ability to buy tickets to the best concerts in the state we think it’s necessary to highlight the best venues for attending those concerts.
10.
The Monarch Theatre (Mesa)

For a more intimate music-going activity consider checking out The Monarch Theatre in Mesa where they pack a mere 700-people per show. Acts include indie rock, DJ performances, and acoustic sets. Shows go late so give yourself some decent rest the night before a show.

9.
Yucca Tap Room (Tempe)

Local college kids frequent this joint for both local and national acts that come through for the eclectic vibes. They are open 365-days per year and have been on the scene for over 40-years, so it’s really a must-do venue to experience.

8.
Last Exit Live (Phoenix)

This is a concert-goer’s venue, without question! 21+, huge patio for smokers which will take you back to those pre-ban years when you couldn’t attend a concert (or grab a drink at a bar, for that matter) without needing a major shampoo session on every part of your body when you got home. That nostalgia mixed with a community of music lovers and up-and-coming bands makes Last Exit Live a great venue for your next night out.

7.
The Pressroom (Phoenix)

The Pressroom is named as such in honor of its historical beginnings as a printing press back in the 1920’s, nearly 100-years ago! This is the perfect venue for DJ sets and high energy bands that keep the crowd moving.

6.
Orpheum Theater (Phoenix)

The Orpheum was built in 1929 but, as an homage to even more classic opera houses, feels like it’s well over a century old of gorgeous décor and architecture. Not for your Alice in Chains bands, save this one for more “classy” acts that consist mostly of Broadway shows with the occasional solo act like Michael Buble.

5.
The Trunk Space (Phoenix)

Finally, a venue for the underage music fans out there which they can attend without a shady fake ID. The Trunk Space is known for encouraging new and existing artists to experiment with their talent to create innovative music.

4.
Comerica Theatre (Phoenix)

Seating 5,000 people, you can bet that this venue draws the biggest and hottest music stars in the industry. To top that, it’s relatively new so the comforts and amenities make it a pleasure to attend a concert in. Watch out for Bruno Mars, Christina Aguilera, and even Elvis Costello performing at the Comerica.

3.
The Desert Bar (Parker)

Not only is Parker way out there, but The Desert Bar is even farther out there. The summer is far too hot to accommodate this unique outdoor venue but come fall the locals and road-trippers from all around venture to this location for horseshoes, live music, and a cash-only bar.

2.
Rialto Theater (Tucson)

A main staple of Arizona as a whole, the Rialto brings Phoenicians two hours south thanks to its historical roots, world-class acts, and unique atmosphere. There aren’t many seats which leads to a very active crowd moshing when appropriate; and coupling up for a slow dance when otherwise appropriate.

1.
Pepsi Amphitheater at Fort Tuthill Park (Flagstaff)

When people think of iconic Arizona scenes they typically think of dry, red, barren lands short of cacti scattered here and there. Therefore, an outdoor music venue doesn’t always resonate until the city of Flagstaff is mentioned, where forest and other greenery pair with lower temperatures creating an idyllic concert setting.
