35 of the best riders have been getting bucked and bruised all summer to earn the right to ride at this event in November. Tickets, at time of writing, range from $180 for the five-day event, all the way up to $5,000 but you can attend for one day to check it off the list for only $36.
It’s not the most storied college football bowl game but it has been a nice tradition in keep the sport of football alive in the state since 1992 and paved the way for the NFL’s move there; well, maybe it didn’t pave the way, but bowl games are fun so just enjoy it!

This one is slightly cheating, as March Madness doesn’t happen in person here in Vegas. However, with the liberal reduction of sporting laws in Nevada in recent years it’s safe to assume that the College Basketball Championships will inevitably take place in Las Vegas someday. But until then, it’s still the best place in the world outside of one of the arenas to take in the sports phenomenon.
The Raiders have a fickle past, since their inception as the eighth AFL franchise back in 1960 they have switched cities a few times. Birthed in Oakland they remained there for 21 years. After that they moved to L.A. for twelve years and are now back in Oakland, for the moment. Beginning in either 2019 or 2020 they will be moving to Vegas and it will finally be the first NFL game ever played in the state of Nevada.
