Know Before You Go
  • Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
  • Depending on weather conditions, the tour may be changed to a shorter course. In such cases, the difference in flight time will be refunded. However, additional expenses (transportation, accommodation, etc.) due to inability to see Mt. Fuji cannot be compensated.
  • Flights may be cancelled for passenger safety if the aircraft operator deems weather conditions unsuitable for flying. Full refunds are provided for weather-related cancellations.
  • Flights will operate as long as the pilot approves and weather conditions meet legal minimums.
  • As part of Tokyo's terrorism countermeasures, photography and filming are prohibited within Tokyo Heliport facilities.
  • Photography is permitted inside the helicopter and during flight.
  • Total weight limit including passengers and baggage: 220kg
  • Maximum weight per seat: 110kg
  • Due to limited cargo space, baggage must be carried on your lap
  • One child under 2 years old may board on a passenger's lap for free
  • Valid passport required for all passengers
