Make and Eat Healthy and Anti-Aging Miso
Learn to make miso, a traditional Japanese superfood, in a hands-on cooking class led by expert instructor Ms. Sakuma, a renowned fermented foods and anti-aging specialist. Participants create their own miso while discovering its essential role in washoku, Japan’s traditional cuisine, and enjoy a variety of healthy, anti-aging dishes prepared with this versatile ingredient.
Each guest receives a gift of homemade miso and an English-language recipe to recreate miso-based dishes at home. Although the miso requires three to six months of fermentation before tasting, this immersive class offers a unique opportunity to connect with Japanese culinary traditions under the guidance of a skilled and knowledgeable instructor.
