You'll begin your adventure with a beautiful scenic drive to an outstanding Silletero Farm (Flower Farm) in Antioquia. On arrival, you'll enjoy a traditional drink called a "Carajillo" made of coffee and aguardiente (an alcoholic beverage made from sugar cane).
Following this warming beverage, you'll start strolling through the wonderful crops of flowers filled with many colors and amazing aromas. You'll begin to learn the history and traditions of the Silleteros dating back generations and generations. They'll provide you with a demonstration of how to make a traditional Silleta (the flower arrangement built on a wooden base and worn on their backs), and you'll get to create your own and become a Silletero, if only for a brief moment!
