This tour is not recommended for guests with limited mobility. Guests who wish to participate must be relatively fit and capable of swimming
For safety reasons, they strongly advise against taking part in any snorkel activity if you have respiratory problems, injuries, back/neck issues, heart conditions, or conditions that could lead to loss of consciousness
The minimum age for participation in the Tulum, Yal Ku & Cenote Cave tour is 6 years old
Please bring a refillable water bottle, as single-use plastic bottles are not allowed within the archaeological site
GoPro devices, tablets, and selfie sticks are subject to fees payable directly at the box office in the Tulum Ruins. Professional photography equipment and drones are strictly prohibited.
Please bring: swimsuit, comfortable shoes, towel, change of clothes, sunglasses, sun protection, insect repellent, hat, water shoes, and extra money for personal expenses.
No devices are allowed inside the cenote.
