Departing from Salta, you'll visit Jujuy's Quebrada de Humahuaca, known for its stunning landscapes and towns like Tilcara, Humahuaca, and Uquía, known for its 17th-century San Francisco de Paula Church. Explore Huacalera, on the Tropic of Capricorn line, and end at the colorful La Paleta del Pintor in Maimará.
Humahuaca will be the longest stop. Here, you can taste regional dishes including llama, and get to know the town, where culture takes over the streets. Carnival is a main theme, since it is the epicenter of this celebration. After lunch, you'll begin the return journey.
