Begin your day exploring the UK's royal history, dating back 900 years in the Tower of London alone! During the Middle Ages, it was a tradition that before the coronation ceremony of a new monarch the next king or queen would spend the night in the Tower of London in preparation for the big day. The menagerie has been empty since 1835, but there are still seven ravens - cared for by the resident Raven Master - to be found living next to Wakefield tower. Legend has it that if the birds leave, the Tower will fall.

After your tour of the Tower of London, your guide will take you to Tower Bridge, where you will be given a tour of the Victorian engine rooms, which control the mechanism to raise the bridge, and then left with tickets to ascend to the top of the bridge at your own pace. There is both an elevator entrance and stairs, so you may choose how you wish to get to the top of the tower to see the spectacular views below!
