Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour, your guide will be holding a green Walks sign. This tour meets at the entrance to Hard Rock Cafe located at 333 Prospect St, Niagara Falls, NY 14303, United States.
Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.
Tours run rain or shine. We encourage appropriate footwear for uneven surfaces.
Ponchos are available on the boat and at Cave of the Winds. You will get close to the waterfall. Be prepared to get wet.
Sites on this tour are subject to occasional closures. If modifications are needed and time permits, we will reach out to you prior to your tour.
